Instruction
1. Spread one side of each bread slice evenly with peanut butter. Top 2 slices with banana; sprinkle with cinnamon. Top evenly with coconut. Cover with remaining slices. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter.
2. In 30cm nonstick skillet, cook sandwiches over medium heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden brown.
