Fluffy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes

    1 box (432g) chocolate cake mix
    1 1/4 cups (320g) SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 can (454g) creamy vanilla frosting
  • Instruction

    1. Prepare cake mix, bake and cool cake according to directions for cupcakes.
    2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, blend together 3/4 cup (192g) peanut butter and frosting until smooth; spread evenly over cupcakes.
    3. In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave remaining 1/2 cup (128g) peanut butter on HIGH (100%) 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cupcakes.
