Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

  • Ingredients

    1 cup (272g) SKIPPY® Natural Peanut Butter Spread with Dark Chocolate
    1 cup (220g) firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    5g baking soda
  • Instruction

    1. Heat oven to 350°F/175°C. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. 
    2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough 5 cm apart on baking sheets. Do not flatten. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cookies are puffed and cracked. 
    3. Let stand on baking sheets 5 minutes or until firm. Remove and place onto wire rack to cool completely. 

    TIP: Add 1/2 cup (112g) semisweet mini chocolate chips to cookie dough.
