Instruction
1. Heat oven to 425°F/218°C. Coat 20cm x 20cm pan with cooking spray.
2. In pan, toss together apples, 30g sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle with water.
3. In medium bowl, combine oats, flour and remaining 1/4 cup (45g) sugar. Cut in peanut butter and butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is size of small peas. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over apples; cover with aluminum foil.
4. Bake crisp 20 minutes. Remove foil; bake uncovered 20 minutes longer or until apples are tender and topping is crisp and golden. Serve warm or at room temperature, topped with ice cream.
