Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  • Ingredients

    1½ cups whole wheat flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    ¾ teaspoon salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1-⅔ cups almond milk
    ¼ cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 bananas, sliced
    4 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips
    4 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Instruction

    Heat griddle to 350°F.
    In large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt until combined.
    In medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg, almond milk, ¼ cup peanut butter, honey and vanilla
    extract until combined. Make a well in flour mixture and pour egg mixture into flour mixture, stirring
    gently until combined.
    Pour ¼ cup batter onto lightly greased griddle. Cook pancakes 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until
    golden brown.
    Top pancakes with sliced bananas and chocolate chips. Squeeze peanut butter over pancakes. Serves 4.
