Nutty Banana-Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  • Ingredients

    1 cup (120g) original pancake and baking mix
    1 cup (240 mL) milk
    1/3 cup (85g) SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    1/2 large banana, chopped
    1/4 cup (56g) semisweet chocolate chips
    1/4 cup (28g) chopped walnuts
    6g ground cinnamon
    1 large egg
    Syrup, if desired
  • Instruction

    1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except syrup; mix until blended.
    2. Coat 30cm nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-low heat. Scoop 1/8 cup (30mL) batter into skillet; cook, turning once, until pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with favourite syrup, if desired.
